The
Apostolic Council sets the general vision of the network, advises
churches who request our counsel, accepts accountability for the
morals and ethics of the CFN members, plans conferences, and sets
goals for the network. The Council does not involve themselves in
local church matters unless requested to by the church pastor or
the church leaders. It also does not set the vision, policies, or
destiny of the individual ministerial cells. Each ministerial cell
has its own Council which tends to these matters. CFN is not an organization
but a network. Ministers are accountable to their cell leaders and
not to a headquarters. Cell leaders are accountable to L.A. Joiner
and the CFN Council.

Ken
Sumrall Ministries |
|
| From
1951-1954 Ken Sumrall pastored an interdenominational church which
he founded
in Greenville, South Carolina. He pastored four different Southern
Baptist Churches from 1954-1964. In March of 1964, he received
the baptism in the Holy Spirit and founded Liberty Church in Pensacola,
Florida, that same month. Out of Liberty Church, they began Liberty
Bible College, Liberty Fellowship of Ministers and Churches, and
Globe Missionary Evangelism. After 26 years of overseeing these
ministries, he resigned in 1990 to begin traveling, writing, and
pastoring pastors. To charter these new ministries, Ken Sumrall
Ministries was established in 1991. In 1995, he founded Church
Foundational Network. Through Ken Sumrall Ministries, he gives
Apostolic oversight to the Apostolic Fathers who oversee CFN gospel
ministers who relate to them. These Spiritual Fathers compose the
leadership of CFN. |

Community Church in Richland, MS pastored by Freddie Brown; Community
Church in Bowdon, GA pastored by Roy Garrett; and

Water International
|
|
Ron
and Pat Kelly have been in ministry for over 20 years. Before,
Ron was an electrical engineer specializing in computer systems
development. He also founded and led his own successful computer
consulting business in Florida. The Kellys are well suited to
lead a ministry to needy families and children. They have six
children, three of whom they lost to sickness and accidents.
Ron and Pat’s experiences with pain and loss now help them
attend to the needs of poor people around the world. In 1991,
God called the Kelly family to Guatemala to oversee Living Water
International and the Adopt-A-Child sponsorship program. The
ministry has grown rapidly under their leadership and now cares
for thousands
of children and their families in Guatemala and Albania.

Tom & Marsha
Roberts
Havelock,

Liberty
Christian Church
|
|
The sole purpose for our ministerial family or “cell” is
to teach and train men and women how to effectively lead in the
Body of Christ. Their methods are simple but absolutely foundational
for sustained effectiveness if we are to fulfill our individual
callings. To Establish – Men and women in ministry must be
established and grounded in the fundamentals of ministry before
they can effectively carry out their calling over a sustained period
of time. To Equip – Once a minister is firmly established
in their calling and their faith, then they can begin the equipping
process. This process is an individual process depending upon the
gifts and callings of that individual. To
Effect – Only after a minister is established and equipped
can they effect the world around them for the glory of God. Tom & Marsha's
highest call is to follow the footsteps of the Lord who has called
them into His service and to change their generation with the glorious
message of the Kingdom of God.
