About Church Foundational Network Church Foundational Network (CFN) was founded in 1995 by Ken Sumrall as a relational family network of ministers and ministries. CFN believes that church government as set forth in Scripture is relational more than political. From this revelation of "family", CFN has expanded to involve several hundred ministers who are involved in different Apostolic Families or "cells" in various regions. These cells are led by Apostolic Leaders and often, Apostolic Teams who give care and oversight to the ministers in their cells. To learn more about a cell in your area or region please click on "Area Ministerial Families" on the top-right menu. Click here to read an article by Ken Sumrall about Ministers and Spiritual Fathering. CFN is dedicated to the growth of the Church of Jesus Christ through evangelism, the birthing of new churches, church and ministry oversight, and world mission efforts. While CFN is a decentralized ministry family, there is a networking of resources for the extension of the Kingdom of God in the earth. Briefly
stated, our overall vision is: Though we believe in Divine Government, we teach that government is not an end in itself, but a means to an end: i.e., the orderly connection of ministers for effective promotion of the Kingdom of God. Therefore we remain flexible and do not major on structure, but on life within the structure. We actively recruit ministers and are open to other ministers becoming related to us. You may contact any one of the CFN Apostolic leaders for information as how to get involved in his ministerial family. |
